Aftermarket Turbo capability

I own an AMS GT35r kit with an hta3582 turbo. I am thinking about going bigger but I just want to replace the turbo. If i wanted to get a 6266 with a T3 .82 4 bolt discharge like my 35r, would i have fitment issues?

I guess a more general question would be, givin any aftermarket turbo kit, are turbochargers interchangables (gt35r, 6266, 6466, etc)

Thanks for any info

AMS kits use the PTE 5 bolt housing, with wgate pulled from there. 4 bolt would be doable, but would need to add an EWG.
