P0300 and P0011 after cam install. Is this safe to run

Just like it says. I have an Evo IX MR I just installed some Tomei PONcam Type-r, still on stock springs. Just threw this code after about 30 miles on the new cams. I am ASSUMING this is normal due to advance timing and needing a retune. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Is there anything else I need to look out for with these two codes that might be causing them? Safe to drive this way until next week when I get tuned?? I don't feel like blowing a piston or rod or something crazy. Thanks

personally i dont ever recommend anyone to drive around with bigger cams with no tune. a tune is needed asap. i wouldnt drive it but if it is your only mode of trans, just be nice to your car until then.

i recommend you getting a walbro255 and some 1000+cc injectors and a lower ic pipe if you could. your mods in sig arent too in-depth unless that is all.

Yeah I actually have the 255 waiting to install it, a set of 1120CC injectors, LICP, and an intake as well, just waiting to find time to install. I am actually having the car trailered so I won't worry about it anymore!

You need to figure out the p011. That is a cam sensor code.
