cant get car to start

cant get car to start
just got my built motor in the car and cant get it to start. cant seem to get 12+ at the coil. injectors are firing and getting fuel. log shows no crank signal. changed the crank sensor and still no change. car did run before the motor was pulled. i have checked all my fuses several times even changed the fuse under the dash to make sure.
