If there is a group of 5 people or more who will place a deposit I could probably have them designed and fabbed by the fab shop I use, Origin Fabrication.

Depending on the price, you could count me in.

It would be a Setrab core + all Aeroquip fittings and lines. Likely an option between 'normal' or crimp fittings depending on your budget. I will bring it up to them today and see what's what.

In for a solution.

I was gonna run a pump from the drain to fill plug locations with a cooler in between. Cost is actually quite reasonable... but if someone is willing to the leg work, I'll pay extra.

How many laps are you guys running at time? I feel like 3-7 hot laps in an HPDE setting isn't going to kill the trans.

I believe you are going to need a pump to circulate oil besides the cooler itself. And a check valve so all the oil doesn't go back into the trans causing it to be "over filled"

A pump will definitely be needed, that is for sure.

The pump would pull fluid from the bottom of the trans (likely the drain plug), pump it through the cooler, then back into the top of the trans (likely the fill plug). A good pump would have an anti-drain back valve in it, or simply would allow fluid to flow back into the trans.

no need for anti drain as the oil level in trans will not change much, there is not so much oil in the cooling system.

Most expensive part is gear pump. People usually overcharge for that. I bought a small MARCO gear pump, MARCO UP2/OIL.. cost about 70 USD.

For cooler you can buy a new one, or you can upgrade the main oil cooler and use the OE coller for trans.

For pickup you can use the drain and for return use not the fill port but there is another large port on top of the trans, above the diff, that is plugged by same size cap as the drain port.
Turn the pump on manually when you are on the track.
Use AN8 lines.

I have had my trans apart, not sure I know what plug you're talking about, unless you other market cars don't have the speed sensor back over there.
