I was going to say, Mike Essa won the Formula Drift championship in 2013 with the 'too small' v-band twin-scroll housing. I know the tuner for the car and the number he told me even blew my mind. ~725-750whp and over 800 with a bit of NOS.

I'm sure someone could/would make you a manifold if you asked for it, but that flange is $300+ and I can't imagine any turbine housing being cheap. I can see this being really difficult to package though, since properly routing the merge would take up a lot of room.
