turbo elbow pro's and con's?

turbo elbow pro's and con's?
contemplating to add a invidia turbo elbow(76mm) on my 03 evo 8, i already got an full 76mm exhaust im also keeping the stock turbo


car is already mapped would it need a remap after fitting the elbow?
