possible wideband failure?

noticed after 15km of driving that the gauge read 19.6-19.7 when driving and letting foot of the gas it goes to the 10's(when i started the car it was 14.5-14.6) and
when i revved it to 4500sh it went back to normal the gauge has had a few times where it just read 14.7 and nothing else so i guess sensor is bad?

car drives fine no hiccups or CEL

If it is just sitting at 14.7, that points to a bad sensor as you guessed. I haven't had a sensor jump around like that but I'm sure it could.

Could always meter the voltage from the sensor to verify that its acting up.

guess its the sensor one day its stuck all the time at 14.7
other times its fine
and now its acting up

when it was on 19.6 i did a little pull to like 4500 and it felt the same as always, if it was really 19.6 it should fall flat on its face right?
