Do you need them or only in the rear diff? Or can u put the redline 75w90 in both and be done?? I am just so confused, there are no definitive answers on this board and yes I have done a serch but not for sure answers.

It is confusing! Everybody's way IS the right way. I did not use the modifier in transfer case, only in rear diff. I used Redline Shockproof for diff and tc.

There is no LSD in the transfer case, so no additive is needed. You only need to add it to the rear if the fluid you are using does not already contain it.
