Lets put it this way. Which one is better ? who knows
which one is practically every big tuner using? AEM.
all i know is the big guys (Buschur, Turbotrix, Pruven) are all using AEM and making big power with it.
Lets just say that the Power FC is better. whats the use if no one is farmiliar with tuning it.
I would go with AEM

The Power FC is probably a better choice for the casual tuner. The Commander has most of the features one would be editing with a piggyback; idle, part throttle driving, etc. is already mapped and can't be edited.
The Power FC unfortunately relies on expensive software for datalogging and more minute changes. Only 5 shops in the US actually have this software so they're not exactly easily accessible. If you order the FC from one of these shops, they'll also lock out quite a few of the programming features.
Of course, there is hacked software that runs about 300 bucks extra.
