Az3ar, did you need to remove the exhaust manifold to fit the turbo? I'm doing some preparation work which includes changing manifold to a stainless one with stock flange but if you need to remove it to fit the turbo it's a waste of time for me.
Thanks,
Thanks,

Ok
Yes you will have to remove the stock manifold for easier installation as the room is too small. I would strongly strongly recommend removing your radiator for easier installation and more room. I am gana get my ECU on THU and my car will be back on the rd by then. I will let you guys know.

I can bend the fuel rail however I am worried that they wont stay tight. What do you think? My ECU is on the way to AL and it will be here in in 2 days. I will have everything ready for you guys soon.

YUP,
I just got my gauges all of them A/F ratio, boost and oil. My ECU is here and I am ready to go. I will be installing everything today at 4 pm CA time. I CAN NOT PUSH HARD ON THE CAR BY ANY MEANS. AL told me to take it very easy until he comes here and tune it him self so i wont blow my shi t up. Plus the guy who helped me out ( a pro tech that builds engines and turbos) told me not to push hard on the turbo and to brake it in for 1000 miles as the bearing is new. I will have something for you guys tonight if i did finish early

I like the kit a lot, yet I am a little confused on how those pipes hook up to the turbo and your downpipe. Can you explain in more detail what goes where, since the website does not really go into that much detail...

Why in the world would Az3ar get this state of the art new turbo kit and tune in with a mail in flash. This isn't to bag on Al, I wouldn't let Shiv or TurboTrix do it either. Az3ar, you need a full custom tune. I don't even think a custom tuned flash done on a dyno would be a good idea. Flashes are just too limited in their versatility.
