Throttle Body Whistle..

I get the same type of whistle sound. I can hear it if I’m taking off in 1st gear from a stop and in low rpm in 2nd gear if I step on the gas hard. I can also hear sometimes by just blipping the throttle while in neutral. My whistle sound started after I installed my HKS downpipe. I still have my stock airbox, intake, and ic pipes. All I have for power mods is the hks downpipe and hi-power cat-back. I’m still using the stock cat.
