Dude you posted in a 5 1/2 year old thread.
A Buschur FMIC is a bolt on affair. Pull the bumper. Take off the stock piece and bolt up the Buschur. I believe Buschur's FMIC's require you to use their LICP for bolt on fitment however.
But honestly if you need instructions to install a IC you may want rethink DIY

and this is why i am getting the ets intercooler kit. slowly but surely im losing faith in buscher. like im not happy with their exhaust that is on my car. glad to have read this thread. All i needed to hear is this once, and my mind is made up. ets is the way to go
Its a 5 yr old thread and the BR kits are superior to many. You fail sir
