Ceramic coated exhaust

No, I haven't coated the turbo housing yet. I am actually trying to find a 9.8t titanuim turbo to have rebuilt and coated. I have found a couple but not for a decent price yet. I will definately update this post when I get that done!

I have found a 10.5 cm titanium turbo brand new for $995. I think I just might purchase this turbo. It is from ForcedPerformance. I will of course have the exhaust housing ceramic coated. I will update this thread when I get it done...

EVOeight, this is amazing. I was about to do the same thing next week but i am still thinking about it. I have an after market heavy turbo and if I go with bling blig manifold it might crack although they have life time warranty so I was thinking about spending the weekend cleaning and porting out my manifold and giving home depot couple visits . I am just lost because i can get a nice life time warrany manifold that looks like JIC one for $275 but it might crack although they promised it wont. or should I go ahead and make my weekend soo busy. What do you think EVOeight? thanks for the right up this is great.

this is great I wish if i had another EVO to make one spool so fast and the other insane high power . get the bigger housing with that turbo and have them build it for you. You spool will be amazing. Reminds me of my GTI 1500 RPM spool lol

It says right on the can that you can paint headers, manifolds, etc...
do you have experience using the thermo-tec 2000 paint? i dont want to paint the shield dull gray since its already that... i want to paint it red to match the block or black.

wow, incredible job... i have absolutely no experience in doing anything like this, and i wouldnt want the evo to be the first car that i try it on.. maybe ill try it on my eclipse gt and see if i really know what im doing.... also gotta have people there that know what theyre doing so that i dont just ruin the car, heh. anyway, really great job though, and incredibly clean finish, looks great.
