having major drivetrain problems

the other day i noticed when on the interstate the car would loose power and shake.. if i gave it gas it would shake more and not speed up. today i was on the highway and it did it non stop. when it would start id let off the gas and it would be normal, boost normal, then a minute later it would do it again, i drov e for 15 mins and during that time it would do it right away, i almost couldnt get over 70mph. to me it didnt feel like the engine... it felt like my stealth did before the transfer case locked up. the evo would boost slower, as the car shakes or rumbles and it slows down. im pretty pissed right now because i just bought a gt30r turbo, and im broke . anyone have this problem? what does it sound like it going wrong... any suggestions are helpful. thanks,

no, but i dont see why this would have anything to do with that... it happens when im maintaining speed at like 10% throttle on the highway. if i give it gas, the car rumble, shakes, whatever you want to call it, then if i take my foot off the gas, then get back to 10%, it drives normal.

Check the spark plug and do a compression test. If you have upgraded injectors check that the tip is not broken. Sounds like it's running very rich.

only engine mods are 272 cams. others are boost controller, intake exhaust fuel pump, emanage (all settings at zero). the only recent change is i put 5w30 mobil one in 1500 miles ago.

I think you have a miss fire. like Gokou said, check your plugs, compression ect.

it prolly misfires under load and clears up when you let off .

looking at the plugs is definitely a good step.

how does it behave under steady WOT, say accelerating from a light? I may have misread, but I think you were only talking about light throttle cruising.

Check your vacuume lines and intercooler pipe connections. You might luck out.

looks like it is not going to open loop.. check wires on the emanage/ecu splice.. and yes pleas check plugs.. could be one of them dead/damaged coil that emanage users have seen before... anyone knows how to test a defective coil??
