AVC-r wont hold steady boost?

MY mods are 660 injectos, fuel pump, turbo back, intake, cams, cam gears and a dyno flash.

Now with the avc-r Im having problems getting a steady boost. Under wide open throttle it goes to 1.2 bar, stops for a second, then jumps to 1.5 bar (where i want it) but then drops to 1.1 bars and then continously bounces from 1.4 bar to 1.1 bar....

Anyone expierence this problem, I read the manual and tried to look for help online with no help...

I had the same problem with the AVC-R holding steady. It always wanted to overboost for me. I ended up selling it and got a AEM with GM Boost Solenoid. Kinds of allot of money but is supposed to be rock solid. The other option that i have heard works great is the profec B which is supposed to be great also. By the way i was warned when i bought the AVCR not being able to hold boost but i was like whatever. It ended up biting me in the a$$!

Sounds like you need to adjust your duty cycle.

If it's in learning mode, override it. I've heard nothing but bad things about the AVC-R trying to teach itself. I used mine for quite some time and always adjusted it myself w/o it trying to tell me what was "better." It's not the most user-friendly EBC out there, but I never had any complaints

Adjust the FB rate on it. Try to lower the FB rate until the boost stabilizes. I have had nothing but good results with the AVCr it just takes a bit to tune.

I am putting on an AVC-R later this month or next month. I will let you know how it goes.
