The file is a torrent file, you'll need a bit torrent client to use it. I would suggest Azerus. You can download it at http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
once you've installed that, open the .torrent file, azureus will open it and know what to do

I think the problem for a lot of you is your firewall. If you have a router you must allow traffic from ports 6888-6999. Alright I realize that was Greek to many, but if you are still having problems and want to fix that I can post more details.

Can't someone just convert it to a mpeg or something and make it so we can download the whole thing and view it like any other videos floating out there? You may loose some quality, but who cares. There was a 1 hour long video not just too long ago that was 350Mb and it worked just fine for everyone.

It's not an issue with the file type - it's just an AVI. The problem people are having is downloading it. BitTorrent is a method of downloading very large files without slowing... in fact, it gets faster as more people download it. It's a rather ingenious - see here for info: http://www.bittorrent.com/
