Free wing + Interior Trim peices from mitsu!

Ok check it out, I started to see this crap developing on my wing and it was startin to fade out more and more. Then I looked at my interior trim peices and saw this black junk forming all over the place, I tried everything to get it off and nothing worked at all. So I brought it over to and asked them to take a look at it. The second he saw the wing he told me that he would replace it for FREE! and that this is the 2nd EVO he has seen it on. Then I told him to take a look at the interior peices, he said he hasn't seen anything like it so the Rep would have to take a look at it. I brought it back the following monday for the Rep to take a look at and they are replacing that aswell!! Just thought i'd let you guys know incase you start to see this on your EVOs. I've got some pics included below, the junk on the dash might be harder to see the but wing is very easy to see.

aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh...... my wing looks like that to. It's where the dealership buffed it, and over buffed the clear coat on the wing. my dealership screwed up my paintjob as well. the buffed my car and let the buffing pad get dry. my brand new car look's like sh*t because of there retarted detailers. I spent 7-8hours one day claybaring and waxing to try to remove some of the swirl marks and it didn't help much.

I don't know if that crap on the dash is only near the vents or not, but it kind of looks like that buildup you sometimes get when condensation comes out from the A/C. It leaves a residue that is a pain to get rid of.

It is on everything, its even on the center peice where the shifter is...so I dunno if its build up of condensation. Plus the fact that my windows are down almost 90% of the time unless its raining.

In the future, use a car wax with UV Protectant in it on your spoiler.

This is happening to everyone. YOu should get it replaced under warranty.

Also, the caliper peeling its clear coat is something you may want to get done, if its happening to you.

There is another recall, the harness wire for your motor fan. That's under warranty. Factory Reflash should be done, my car is running a lot smoother, but with rough idle when starting the car (at 800 rpm and not 900 rpm when Idling after the car's been warmed up).

Don't forget your gross weight sticker.
