The mod that I'd be most concerned with is installing an aftermarket intake on your car w/o tuning. Most open element air filters will throw off MAF readings and lead to the possibility of your engine running extremely lean and detonating. The results could be catastrophic. Beware.

If you insist on having an aftermarket intake, definitely go to the dyno and make a few pulls to check your air/fuel ratios.
