evo stalls in the morning

evo stalls in the morning
when i start my car in the morning cold or not it wants to choke and die but it catches itself sometimes and then it runs fine.what could this be? any help will do. thanks.

The rpm on mines will be around 1500 then it slightly goes up or down and then back to 1500 but I have cams and not sure if this is normal or if there is a boost/vaccum leak or the cold weather.

my ecu is flashed and ive got 31000 miles on the car, and about 3-4k on the spark plugs, i changed them to denso iridium. btw i just ordered some ngk iridium so i will see if they make a difference.
yes it jumps to 1500rpm and then falls to 200 and then brings it back up to 1500 and then its fine.
