Mr Bov

Gonna install it today on an otherwise stock MR (performance wise).
Anything I should know of? Looks like a straight swap maybe 10mins at most.

I got mine from http://www.kingofimports.com/product...&idproduct=135
Fast and awesome service on an item I needed fast

Kevin's a good guy for sure. About the only advice I can give you on this is to definitely pull the upper i/c pipe off, when I first got my evo and began messing with different diverter valves I, and don't ask why, just never thought to make my life easier by doing this, other that the obvious that I have pointed out you may have to trim a little off of the stock recirc hose to the diverter valve for perfect fitment, but more than likely not. Contact me if you have any problems

It was a perfect fit on my 2003 evo. I didn't remove any other hoses except the ones connected to the BOV. Didn't trim any hoses either. Easy install you'll notice a difference on how much this BOV holds boost better compared to stock.

A simple swap. No need to trim hoses or remove upper IC pipe.

Yeah, just take off the air intake duct and you should have plenty room to work with. I remove the vacuum hose on the engine side since it's easier to get to.

My tips

1)Don't trim any hoses, it is the same dimensions as the stock.
2)Watch your wrist on the radiator shroud when pulling out the stock, it is very sharp and will cut you.
3)Tighten the hose clamps with a socket not a screwdriver, don't want any leaks.
4)Make sure you don't kink, twist, or bend the little vacuum manifold line when installing or it will not actuate properly.

Enjoy, mine has been trouble free!
