u guys are missing a key difference in insurance...ur geograpical location...someone who lives in a densly populated is going to pay alot more than soem1 who doesn't...the bottom line is the Evo is rated compareable to a corvette in the industry....i know this because i am an insurance broker...if any1 wantsa good price let me know..i can help ne1 in ny or ct...i do know brokers from all over so let me know where ur from and i might be able to help!

I live in SF CA and everything cost more here like housing, gas, insurance, etc.
I pay $720 six months full coverage with windshield coverage but $1000 deductible.

22 yr old male w/20 yr old wife that just got her license a month ago. $1200 every six months for 2005 Evo 8 and 1999 Ford Taurus. Geico. North Carolina. $500 deductibles, full coverage on both cars, towing and rental coverage. No points on license.

holy @#$@#$@#$ 800 a month?!!! that is like double most peoples car payments!

23/m in DFW, tx 1350/6mo for full coverage on the evo with 250 dollar deductables and liability on the porsche. progressive, and i have "0" points (hehe just waiting for the most recent ticket to kick in). i have been with them for 3-4 years.

I am pretty sure he meant every 6 month's. That would be a ripoff 5600 a year? sheit.

My insurance went up about $50 a month from my previous car (99 eclipse), which is cool because my car payments came down about that much. All in all I made out even.
