Well the other day me and my buddy installed my 3" UR turboback exhuast at my uncles garage ( hes a mechanic so its not just some normal garage).. we encoutered one problem. but fixed it... i gotta say.. its gotta be the best sounding exhaust on an evo i have heard... my brotheres friend has an evo with the Hi-power, and i have to say this sounds quieter then that.. its a really great exhaust... but yeah.... my car runs fine.. running it with a test pipe and i def feel a huge power gain... next all i need to hold me over wil be a reflash... oh well hopefully some care but i just posted this just so i can explain how thrilled i am to have this on my car....

Maybe its just me, but i think every exhaust has the same general sound on the evo

 

hmmm just delete the stock axle-back. The sound is really soothing and sounds incredible. If you're looking for great sound, save your money and just do a muffler delete.

 

I have straight pipe catback with a 3" downpipe and a Catco 3" converter, no resonators. The exhaust sound has a slight lope idle to it(stock cams). It sounds pretty good, I definetely noticed a diffeence in noise when going from the stock DP/cat to this better stuff. I had it tested in this configuration and I was 98db in a parking runup and 67db in a pass by.

You should post some sound of your UR exahust. When I get around to it I will try to post some sound.

 

i use full tb w/cat delete from UR ,SOUNDS GREAT esp[ecially at the track its like a v-8 sound,youll really feel it w/ a mbc,flash!!!!
