Need a how-to on installing a pod and gauges...

I could do this on my own as I am mechanically inclined, but I figure if there is a how-to out there then it would minimize my chances of mistakes. I got a dual gauge pod and two guages for my birthday for my 2003 EVo VIII and I want to install them. Can anyone point me to or send me a PDF or something on how to remove the top cover of the steering wheel. And maybe a how-to on the connections?

I got an Autometer Boost Gauge and the AIR/FUEL gauge. Some pictures will follow.

Thanks for your help!

well i dont know if there is a how to about it but its very easy...

1. three phillips screws hold the top and bottom together simply unscrew them and youre done

as far as the connections go, im not sure on that one so here is a couple of links on boost gauge installs https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=98114 & https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=75681

I cant seem to find anything quickly about the A/F gauge sorry

Thanks for this input though. This is a huge help. I can at least start and see how difficult it gets.

Thanks! Eva01
