Driveing thru a puddle sound like exaust dissapears

The balancer on the end of the crank was turned 180 degrees. I have no idea how it happened and the dealer was going to try and say I did it because there was scratch marks on the exhaust manifold. They then decided that there was no way they could pin it on me so the warranty covered it.

They told me that the Check Engine was a Misfire code and that Mitsubishi had put out a bulletin about it. The fix was to re-flash the ECU. I will pick it up in an hour. Hopefully it works now.
