Consumer advocate Ralph Nader is reason the windows go up slowly since kid were getting hurt from windows that moved to quickly. It is a safety regulation in the USA.

never heard this either.. i guess you can only choke a kid slowly.... sometimes i wish we had more common sense.. you don't slow down the window, you redeisgn the window switches!!! thats one thing mitsu did right..

any luck on this topic? i was wondering the same thing about the speed and also adding one touch down to all windows and/or one touch up/down to all windows. anyone find anything out?

I tried to do that on my s-10, have to say it's harder than it looks. i even had the manual on the truck and still couldn't find a way.
