Super fast power window upgrades?
Hey guys....trying to find where i saw these before . Its some electronic item that that goes inline to the switch and speeds it up or something. Anyone see that before or know where to find it?

It seems like you could do this by simply uppping the voltage that is put to the window motor.
Im not entirely sure how you would go about doing it, but I cant imagine the motors lasting too long after the mod.
I agree it would be a sick upgrade though

Uping the voltage will work but the supply voltage is from the battery. If you can increase the current that would be the better way. A variable power resistor in parallel with the motor may work although it may cause the motor to over heat. It's something similar to windshield wiper speed.

I know...
Buy a faster computer and your windows will close faster....
Had to do it. I did a search and didn't find anything. I did find this...
To Go Faster:
A solution would be to install a higher rpm, high speed electric motor. Some motors, depending on the application, may also require the installation of a higher amperage, high performance controller.
Good Luck.
