i don't really believe this happened by just driving in traffic. I've taught 3 people how to drive stick in my lancer, had a turbo on it, AND beat the crap out of it by launching it many times at the track. Still using the stock clutch at 40k miles, only difference really is evo has AWD. could have just been a serious defect combined with poor driving skills. only way i can see this happening is if this guy keeps launching at 5-6k rpm thenm stopping and doing it over many times.
