Brembo Brakes - Same on Evo / STI?

This may be a stupid question, but I'm curious to know if the Brembo brakes / calipers are the exact same on both the STI and the Evo - just a different color?

In addition, the Brembo's on the G35 same also.?

I beleive all Brembo Calipers are the same, concerning the # of pistons. From what I know, all of their 4 piston offerings, especially OE offerings are the same calipers with cosmetic differences

I was thinking of going with gold calipers too

Front calipers are installed in a different position on the sti. Take a good look and you will know what I mean. They are supposed to be the same system but sti brakes tend to fade more easily.

well, then they differ in rotor and cooling methods as the STi had an advertised cooling fin on the STi. Obviously the rotors differ in size too. Calipers also dependent on the rotor size as the four pistons on the caliper if changed based on how part from each other they should be.

they have different part numbers and they're slightly different size on all of them, G35, STI, 350Z and Evo.

I dunno if it's the rims or the brakes, but the STi guys get ginormous amounts of brake dust on their rims. Besides the cheap body paint that chips really easily, it's probably the #1 complaint.
