So what is the final verdict on the '03 Evo 5sp Manuel tranny Gear Ratio???

No info on that yet. I hope it's identical to the Evo VII RS2 ratios. There does seem to be a good chance of that seeing as how they're bringing nearly every other feature over minus AYC/ACD.

Gear Ratios (Synchro): 1st=2.928 triple, 2nd=1.950 triple, 3rd=1.407 double, 4th=1.031 single, 5th=.720 single, reverse=3.416 double, and final Drive= 4.529.

4th gear is shorter then the WRX just as I excepted.

This will allow for better top end pull on the highway and higher mph down the strip.
