My answer would be "no". Despite assertions to the contrary, the FQ series are not factory cars. All the upgrades are done AFTER registration in the UK. The cars are built as regular JDM MRs then shipped the britain where they are registered. At that point Ralliart takes them to their shop and beefs them up. Prodrive does the same thing with UK STis. It would be misleading to call your MR an FQ unless Ralliart had actually worked on it.
The 260 is NOT an FQ car. EDIT: Actually, i don't think the 260 is even an MR.
