wow... in the first 2 years here in the US the EVO has not matched the sales of 1st 6 months of USDM WRX sales (~ 14,000 sold).
I guess that makes the WRX the new "honda civic" of the turbo AWD platforms...

The vin sequence, or last six digits is for everything that comes out of that factory. Not just Lancers, but Outlanders too. And that's just the US market. They usually scramble the production order too, so you can't just go in order to determine the next Evo built.
