Actually, I'm being a little dramatic. I am a bankruptcy lawyer. If Mitsu NA files for chapter 11, all us EVO owners will be standing in line with our warranty claims, along with all Mitsu's other creditors. I don't think chapter 11 is a temporary fix for Mitsu in the USA, it's a permanent way out. Just one EVO owner's opinion.
