Ok i took a pic of someone else with the AEM/Greddy setup and drew it out in paint how my connection is.... ok as u can see in the picture, there is only ONE line running from intake. It does NOT connect to actuator. it leads to that area near the valve cover. The BOV has 3 ports in total. 2 of them run to a T and then turn into 1 line and taht runs to the actuator. so the actuator has a BOV and the wastegate/compressor line connected to the actuator. thats it. NO intake connection with the actuator.

I'm not sure whether you're trying to hook up an MBC or the stock boost controller. But here's the vacuum line diagram from the FSM.

The boost lines do not touch the BOV.

There is no MBC involved here, i am trying to hoook up the stock boost controller My car wasnt boosting before cuz i lost the pill on the compressor side. so i ordered the vac line from mitsu with the pills in it. So i got hte pills in, and its still not boostin right. In the pic i attatched in my last post is how my car is wired up. the top port of my BOV is running to the intake manifold. The issue here is people are saying i need the intake to run into the actuator and not the BOV.

Okay, the vacuum line runs from the BOV to the intake manifold only. Nothing else.

Just follow the diagram to hook up the stock boost control. There are three ends to the stock boost control line. One goes to the wastegate actuator. One goes to the turbo outlet elbow. And the last end goes to the boost control solenoid.

ok i am SERIOUSLY confused with the intake issue...i have a aem intake it has the connection for the sensor and then near the opening for the BOV dump, there is a smaller hole. That connects to a port on the lower right hand side of the valve cover. If that connection goes to the valve cover, how in the heck do i run a line to the actuator????

Why don't you put the stock BOV back on to make sure everything is working properly, then reinstall the greddy BOV later?

I don't understand why your bov is hooked up to your engine breather.

it should be tapped into the bov to intake manifold hose.

I tried to find out how to install all that, but I still don't get the 3 tubes sticking out and the reason why you're tapping in to the actuator.

maybe the one nipple goes to the intake and the other nipple goes to the actuator, so the bov will play as a bridge between the intake nipple and the actuator.

Instead of tapping both into the actuator and capping the intake nipple.

also, have your played with the spring on that bov? maybe it's not holding the boost.
