There are a lot of used Evos out there, but there is the option of the 2004 RS. I have heard of new ones going for 25 - 27. You get a fresh car with a warrenty, and they are still on the lots. Good Luck.

I got my 03EVO for 25.5K used one year ago with 9K from used car dealership and it had clean carfax. I say a used yellow evo for 23K in SOCAL. I think 26K is a little high. A good price would be around 25K or less. There are people selling car on EVOM all the time I would buy it from owner that can tell you what they have done to the car.
