Team Dynamics Pro Race 1 17x8. Same wheel used on the FQ400. Weighs 8kg.

There are so many. Greddy makes a lightweight full titanium exhaust that is about $899. Something more free flowing and less exotic would be the Buschur Racing exhaust.

There are a few companies. Dynoflash, TurboTrix, Works, Buschur Racing, Vishnu, etc.

The K&N drop-in works fine for me.

You might want to check out Joe250's build-up for Auto-x. I think he raced in A Stock so the rules for T1 might be similar.
article

EDIT: He did Street Prepared, not A Stock.

I was checking out the Touring class rulebook, and I noticed the '03-'04 Evo is still classed as T1. Is this still the case? I thought they had changed them to T2. Also, does that mean the '05 isn't classed yet?

I think they are only about 2 lb lighter, so about 19-20 lb or so? If you do a search this topic has been covered before.
