damn mechanics...Thats why I take my evo to A.V. mitsubishi. real good service there.

That sounds like a gearbox problem, not a clutch problem, unless you ground up all the other gears because the clutch went bad.

Yeah... my guess is they re-installed the transmission incorrectly.

Didnt U used to work at the santa monica ONe?

This sounds like BS. I went to Santa MOnica and they were A holes to me. might have been U. Then went to MIller and they Gave me the Deal of a LIfeTime and bought Myne on the spot after leaving Santa MOnica MItsubishi. Didnt I see u at the Convention Friday night?.. If its not who I think this is then disregard and Sorry for the problems u have been having. If it is then U have been found out.

The Tilton clutch in my late 350Z was going out on the racetrack at Big Willow, but silly me, I kept driving. I was having trouble getting it into 3rd, and some grinding. Then 3rd gear just diappeared. Putting the gearshift lever in the gate where 3rd should be was like being in neutral. I must have sheared off all the teeth on 3rd gear.

The Nissan dealer replaced that 6MT gearbox on warranty. Try getting Mitsu NA to do that. LMFAO.

Yeah, Santa Monica were the biggest savages on the face of the earth and I did used to work for them (however, I did not fit into their savage catagory and you can ask over 50 EvoM members for confirmation on that), well not with the new ownership implemented, but they never reinstalled my transmission either.
