it's the national accident percentage by color analysis. This effected the insurance rating for a bit from late 80's.
Black being the worst, blue, ... basically darker tone color being at more risk. However the analysis had a odd quark in it where the red was on the 3rd (or something up high) /
white being the least accidental.
but maybe it was an old urban legend.
