it's actually a black knight...it's Brighton Mitsubishi's little symbol thing. Tony (the guy I bought it off) can be found on the MLR as Black Knight.

 

Kyle I would love if you could send links and info on any UK dealers that can help me out. I would like to see pics of the rear fog light switch as well, that would be intresting to see. PLease let me know.

the dealer who I use (very good) is Brighton Mitsubishi...Brighton Mitsubishi Website . The guy who you want to speak to is called Tony Peters, wither through that website, or email them at sales@brightonmitsubishi.dealers.mitsubishi-cars.co.uk make it to the attention of tony peters. If he hasn't got any of the stuff you need, then he'll probably know where to get it (he knows evos through and through).

Thanks for the pics. The USDM dash light dimmer switch is in the spot where your fog light switch is. Where is the UK dash light dimmer switch?

 

that's something you have that us brits and the japs do not. Well if we do, I haven't found it yet.

Do you have a flare? I found the place where the japanese roadside flare is housed....mine was taken out by the dealer, but loads still have them in. I want a flare

 

Cuple of things I have noticed from the great pics Kyle has provided... like....the Ralliart on the Speedo, and the steering wheel is black, instead of silver, like the US ones.....or maybe that is an MR thing? Thanks for the website, but what is the time differnce so I know when to call.....

fog lights.. useless.... in fog... do you know what tule fog is son?? maybe the don't have good fog on the east coast like the don't have good trees but i digress... edumacate urself...
The visibility in Tule fog is often less than 1/8th of a mile, about 600 feet, but can be less than 10 feet. Visibility can vary rapidly in any area, with sudden decreases to near zero in only a few feet.

evo fog lights rock... big difference... and if you're in the fog and you can't tell the difference when your driving you a, need new glasses and shoulnd't be driving or b, aren't in fog

the black steering wheel is an MR thing. I think it's just the US that don't get it (Japan has it), again, I think the Ralliart is on all evo's except US, but I might be wrong, as the speedo is changed from KM to MPH when they arrive from Japan.

As for time difference, I think it's about 8 hours difference, so if it's 12.00 noon here, it's 4am where you are. He's usually in until about 5.30, 6.00pm, so if you phone about 9-10am (your time), it should be all good.

 

one more thing I noticed was the Carbon fiber LOOKING interrior you have....can we get closer shots of that....is that also an MR thing or a EURO JDM one....DAM US Evo's we always get asked out on all the cool stuff....

 

that's an MR thing too...the interior is carbon look, which is a bit dissapointing, as every other carbon bit is the real deal.

 

No trunk flare for the USDM, but hey, we do get the dash light dimmer (useless, especially in the EVO with its tiny, poorly lit gauges)!
I really like the carbon look compared to what we get here.
