Electrical Woes. Help me.

So today I blew a fuse that controls the passenger side driving lights as well as the illumination for the HVAC controls. Replaced the fuse and it blew again. So I left the fuse out until I can track down the source of the problem. I ordered an electrical service manual from but that does not help me today. Anyone with knowledge of this problem or a manual that can help me out? Just wanted to see what this circuit looked like and if there might be a relay in there somewhere. Thanks in advance.

OK. I tracked it down to a short in the cig. lighter that was back feeding the fuse box. I just disconnected the cig. lighter at the connection under the center console and the problem went away. Funny thing is prior to this I had pulled the cig. lighter fuse and it did not help.
