Tire Pressure

quick question...i lost my manual...whats the evo viii tire pressure need to be? front and rear???

its on the side of drivers door.

but, its 32 front and 29 back i think.

^ yeah but the stock advans are capable of holding 50lbs i think. just find what works for you, mitsu says less in back.

too much for the under inflated tires.

I'm going to run 40 psi front and 36 psi back on my asx tomorrow. The max psi is 51psi.

You get a better grip with low psi, but you get a better side wall and cornering with higher psi.

azenis sports max psi is 40psi.

it'll off set your heavy front end and you'll stop weird and understeer on the corners.

what you want to do is drop that a ss so when you corner to bring the nose up more, so when you corner, you'll equal out or not drop out too much up front.

no, I haven't experienced that yet. I like the ride... It's a softer sidewall than the advans. So I run higher pressure to compensate... There's another avid autoXer on the boards who uses the same tires but run 38-40F and 42-44R and yes, it does loosen up the rear end a bit for more aggressive turn in...
