Fav Mod Makers

What's your favorite mod maker (ex. AEM, HKS, Perrin, etc.) and why? Why did you choose the TurboXS BOV over the HKS for example? Why did you choose the Apexi exhaust over the others as another example? What's everyone's thoughts on this topic?

HKS is good stuff, but costs so damn much.

Buschur stuff is lower quality, but works and is more affordable.

Everyone who has replied, I'm curious about this though, what made you choose the specific maker for whatever mod you put in though, like why HKS intake over K&N?

whoever makes better performing, well built parts for a reasonable price.

which comes down to only hand full of manufacturers, because they use a better process to manufacture parts as well as use better materials without scamming little bits to save money.

I love the Apex'i electronics.. world reknown, and they are race proven.. i run a pen type tt, and an Gen 1 SAFC..

I have a hks dump pipe, as they are a more open pipe, and i know their quality is there.

Underneath i'm running JIC coilovers, which are drift proven and raced. i did some research on coilovers before i purchased them, and they we're the best bang for my buck at the time.

I have Auto-Meter gauges ( an oil pressure and boost guage) in the fact that i know they are properly accurate against a few other things on the market.

i know my car has lot more.. but thats all i can think of right now.

I was looking into an ARC inducion box though, worth it? or is the HKS better? Exhaust-wise I was going with a Perrin when I had the cash, and Apexi TT and SAFC as well as HKS EBC and DEFI Amber guages, sounds like a good setup?
