You should be fine....just watch your engine temp and EGT (if you have the gauge).
Snow/ice blocking the intercooler will block the airflow for the radiator too. Don't be boost crazy.
They get tons of snow/ice on the WRC and they still finish the course, just slower to protect the motor.

the heat transfer rate of ice is going to be far better then the air passing over it. therefor coating your intercooler in ice will actually benefit you. unfortunately the air passing inside the intercooler is very hot and will melt the ice quickly, so the benefit will only be for a could minutes at the most. you have nothing to worry about. if it is cold enough for ice to coat your intyercooler, yeah the radiator is going to see less air flow, but it is cold enough that by the time the engine is warm enough to use the radiator, the intercooler will have most likely melted away the ice.

It is no different to putting a piece of plastic in front of it.
What KevinD said is correct only if the ice is touching the intercooler, once there is a gap between the ice and the intercooler then the intercooler is totally ineffective
