If that is the girl then I'm sorry that you had to find out after the fact, that the car was beaten to death. Lots of clutches and took a beating from DAY 1..

holy crap, you really did get the short end of a stick when you bought that car.. I hope it all ends up great, but like others said, lawsuit and then you can buy an M5!!!

im sorry...like that really does much for your situation. I think carfax has a buyback guarintee with their reports, I would look into that. I have had some real trouble with "shops" back with my 3000gt...the sad thing is it was my local mitsu taking random kids with HS auto shop knowlage. Good luck to you and hope it all turns out

Yea, thats my car. Unfortunately.
Taking it to the shop tommorow that "fixed" the oil leaks in hopes they fix it.
Once its fixed that **** is gone.
The previous owner is.... well I won't get into that right now.
