On the last page, on the bottom left, it is not talking about the Holes in the bumper, but the title of the caption is "Front Air Dam Extension" ( フロントエアダムエクステンション ), and then goes off on how it adds more downforce, and the specs on how long it is and how far it extends out, etc...

I was about to post in this forum with regards to the Brochure but you've found my web site anyway heh. 
Basically I've ordered the black GSR with the 6 speakers, cold climate pack and the spare wheel (std comes with a puncture kit) for approx 26K pounds. Once shipped and has completed all the import tests I will have it in my grubby hands by June/July.
I'll take some photographs of it as soon as it hits the shores.
I'm also getting the EVOLUTION R-01's fitted to it which will make it look awesome (in my opinion)
