MR & RS Trunklid ?
Hi Everyone,

I read some where -can't remember where though- that the 05 RS and MR share the same lightweight trunk lid ...Can anyone confirm this?

From what I understand, the RS and the MR share the same aluminum trunk lid, just no rear spoiler on the RS.

A while back I had read on Mitsu's own website that only the RS had the lightweight Trunk and rear glass but now that piece of info seems to have disappeared from the spec page ?!

I just went out and checked my MR trunk. It may be light weight steel but it is steel as tested with a refrigerator magnet.

The trunk lids are the same for all models. They RS and MR share lightweight aluminum roofs.
