One more tip...

You should tape a piece of cardboard to the back of the radiator to protect it while you are removing your heat shields and wrenching on the O2 housing.

I took nothing but the downpipe out and was able to reach up and bolt it on... one of the bolts will be a real bit ch to get the wrench on. I got the megan racing one and none of the holes lined up and had to be drilled out, but other than that you will be wrenching in that 30 threads 1/10 turn at a time... good luck!

Good luck on installting it, I was in fact trying to install it with my buddies on saturday, but didn't know it was gonna be such a pain in the ***, so we said f it we will do it next time. It's easier if your on a lift and if you did take the manifold out. We took both manifold heat shields off, the top engine cover piece, the black 3 piece undertray from under the car. We didn't have enough room to work around things, such as the proper tools, you might want a cheater rachet or whatever you call those things so its much easier to unbolt those o2 housing bolts. I believe there was about 5 bolts, we managed to get 3 off, the others we would have had to reach around a buncha shiet. Also, you might wanna take off the downpipe, we didnt have the right jack or lift, so we didn't get any clearance to take off the downpipe. One more thing, make sure you dont beat up on your radiator to much when you take the headshielf off 8- ) The wastegate flucuator is a pain in the *** too. Im gonna try to do it again whenever I get my rear ended car back from the shop 8- ( Anybody here in around the Virginia area, and can help me with install like this? PM me please.
