Just got KOYO Radiator

Just put in my KOYO radiator from lancershop.com $399. This think looks soo sweet and my temp gauge actually sits lower than normal. I am very happy with the look and fit. It is a little tough getting it past the manifold, but I just left the cardboard on it till I was finished. This thing should cool a ton better, it holds almost 3 gallons of fluid. I love it, great investment if you want to run cooler or if your an idiot and put a hole in your factory one putting your fan back on like me I will send pics if anyone wants to see, I just cant host them.

Fortunately I lived a couple blocks from a radiator shop when I punctured mine. I pulled it out and had it repaired and pressure tested for $80. I'm a little skeptical of the temp gauge being lower than normal, since it really only has four or five positions (more of a fancy idiot light than a real gauge, since apparently real gauges scare people).

I had mine fixed too and it held fine, but I didnt want to take a chance because i have to drive to VA in 2 weeks and didnt want to worry about it. The temp isnt much lower, but easy to notice after driving it. Idle it is the same.

yes, he's using the stock fan.

it looks real good.

extra bling for your engine bay, AND it's suppose to cool the car better by 10% or so.

tehre is no possible way your temp gauge sits any lower with the radiator in, but agreed, they are a terrific piece!
