I installed a Helix 3" downpipe and it's making funny noises!!

I recently put a Helix 3" downpipe and i notice a weird noise under my car, I think it might be rubbing against the lower sway bar. But does anyone else have that problem??

mine was hitting the k-member. had to mark the down pipe and perform the "custom no rub" mod with the hammer. i just flattened it a few mm's and no rubs.

Same issue

I posted a similar thread on SoCalEvo. I've got a 3" Helix dp and i have an annoying vibration that I feel through the foot pedals or floor boards. mostly at idle or initial take off or perhaps shutting the car off. I don't have any rubbing issues and it's not hitting anything but its installation has somehow increase the vibrations that i feel in the car. i mean its not really bad but it does annoy me. i'm wondering if there is anything that I can do to make it go away.

check how the downpipe connected to the 02 housing if its not on right it will sit on a angle and throw off your hole clearance and will give you vibrations and noises

I dont know which version I got? My friend gave the Helix downpipe to me for free so I thank him for that and now he got a 2.75 downpipe cause that noise thing with the 3" thats why he gave it to me. The Helix downpipe doesnt have that little flex part on there if that helps which version I got??

I heard that when you get a test pipe on your car it will throw check engine codes!

My Version 2 rubs on the frame tunnel. I made custom spacers with some poly bushings for both cross members because I though it was rubbing there. I need to do the hammer trick too, I just hate the risk of cracking it.
