I just called LR Diffusion: you can pay with a VISA credit card.

The unit price is 360 EUR before VAT (which you dont need to pay, given you export the wheels).

They would like you to find a transporter in the USA who will come pick up the wheels at their place: that way, you will know in advance what it will cost, no surpise, etc. and it would be easiest for them as well.

My coworker speaks French so I lucked out. I'm waiting for the sales slip which he is faxing to me then I have to call either UPS or Fedex to get the quote. I'll let you know when i get it.
