Yeah sorry, I was so pissed I apperently could not type What happened was the jack slipped when I was raising the car last night and dented the floor in the drivers footwell. I wanted to survey the damage and see if I could pound it out, but I could not get the dead pedal off. I finally gave up after totally messing it up. So back to original question, does anyone know how to get it off?

Same think happened to an Accord I was working on...kid was in a hurry and didnt position it right....the jack came it through the floor near the dead pedal.

Our fix: bang it back down and fill any holes under the car with Bondo hey...its just an Accord lol

I thought i saw you today while i was pulling in KFC on main street!

Evola, were you in the Evo? I was on main st, heading back to the freeway to head home. A guy in an MR2 flashed his lights and waved, was that you?

Anyone know the answer to the original question??

Looks like it is going to be $120 to get the floor pounded out and a little seem welding along the frame rail.

Still need to know how to take the pedal off, hasn't anyone taken out the carpet and had to remove this?
